Cutting Die

We manufacture footwear cutting dies using both manual chander process and laser cutting technology. These dies are used for cutting footwear components such as uppers, soles, straps, and side panels. Each die is made as per customer design and is suitable for cutting most footwear materials including EVA, rexine, PVC, leather, and synthetic sheets. Our manual chander dies are made by skilled craftsmen using steel blades fitted into wooden boards, while our laser dies are made with high precision for complex shapes and fine detailing. These dies are compatible with swing arm, clicker, and hydraulic press machines.
